1. Products & Pricing

All products are natural gemstones handcrafted into fine jewelry. Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Natural variations in color, pattern, and size are inherent and not considered defects.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe or PayPal. Order confirmation is sent to your registered email.

3. Custom Orders

Rings with custom sizing are manufactured to your specifications (5-7 business days). Custom items are subject to our Custom Item Policy.

4. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. See our Shipping Policy for rates.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Our policies comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable laws. See Return Policy.
