Free shipping on all orders over $250 USD. Orders under $250 are subject to flat-rate shipping based on your region:
- United States: $12.99
- Canada: $14.99
- United Kingdom: $13.99
- European Union: $14.99
- Japan: $11.99
- South Korea: $11.99
- Rest of World: $17.99
All orders are carefully packaged with complimentary gift wrapping. Processing time is 3–5 business days. Custom-sized rings may require 5–7 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Standard Items (Non-Customized)
EU/UK customers: You have a 14-day no-reason return right for non-customized items, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging.
All other regions: Exchange only for non-quality issues. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Custom-Made Items (Rings with Custom Sizing)
Custom-sized rings are personalized items manufactured to your selected specifications. For custom items:
- Free size adjustments are available if the fit is not perfect
- Exchange only for non-quality issues
- Custom items are not eligible for the 14-day no-reason return right, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c)
Quality & Authenticity Guarantee
Every Gentle Armure piece comes with our 100% authenticity guarantee. If the materials or gemstones do not match the product description, we offer a full refund including all inspection and return shipping costs. We also provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Duties & Taxes (DDU Policy)
All prices on Gentle Armure are displayed exclusive of import duties and taxes. We ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
- For orders to the EU, UK, and other countries where import duties apply, the local courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx / national postal service) will contact the recipient to pay customs clearance fees before final delivery.
- The seller (Gentle Armure) does not pre-pay, collect, or take responsibility for import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees.
- Customs fees vary by country and order value. EU VAT is typically 20–25% of order value for orders above the local de minimis threshold.
- If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
